Every Mutima Care Professional will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, health-status screening, and verified professional referencing before they ever enter a client’s home. We hire for attitude and train for excellence, ensuring you can trust the person walking through your door.

In-House Learning & Development

We are establishing a training structure designed to combine theory with rigorous hands-on simulation. To ensure the highest safety standards, we are implementing our own In-House Learning & Development programme.

Upon commencement, staff will practice essential procedures in a controlled environment; including catheter care support and dysphagia protocols. They will only be signed off once they demonstrate full practical competence.
