Feedback, concerns and complaints

We welcome compliments, concerns and complaints. Speaking up will not affect your care or how you are treated.

What happens next

We will listen, acknowledge your complaint, investigate it fairly, keep you informed and explain the outcome and any action taken.

Accessible support

Tell us if you need information in another format, communication support or a reasonable adjustment to help you raise a concern.

If you remain dissatisfied

Once Mutima Care has completed its complaints process, you may ask the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to consider an adult social care complaint.

You may also share concerns about regulated care with the Care Quality Commission. CQC uses this information in its regulation of services but does not normally investigate individual complaints on your behalf.
