The care you feel starts with the support behind it.

Every calm, respectful visit depends on care workers who are prepared, supported and clear about the person they are caring for.

At Mutima Care, training is not a tick-box exercise. It is how we help care workers turn kindness into safe, confident and consistent support at home.

Our focus is simple: people should be cared for by someone who understands dignity, follows the care plan, notices what matters and knows when to ask for help.

Ready Before the Door Opens

Before working independently, care workers complete the required checks, induction, shadowing, training and competency sign-off.

That means no one is sent into a person’s home unprepared.

Practical Skills, Human Care

Training is shaped around real home care: privacy, consent, safeguarding, infection prevention, moving safely, medication support where agreed, communication, dementia awareness, mental health awareness, sensory needs and disability-aware support.

The standard is care that feels calm, respectful and safe.

Supported, Supervised, Improving

Good care workers need more than one-off training.

We use supervision, spot checks, feedback and refresher learning to keep care consistent, responsive and person-centred as needs change.

Better supported care workers. Better care at home.
